I enjoyed reading this article as many of us have been glued to our desks recently to study or work. It is important that we make sure our bodies have a rest from the work that we put them through. My dad practices yoga every morning and he has tried to get me into it as well, but I could never get into it. However, now that I understand how our bodies work I have realized how imperative stretching really is. My favorite stretch from the six was the open chair stretch which really focuses on the chest.
